A 12-week guided climb to passing the ACHE Board of Governors Examination — repackaged as a continuing-education program designed to conform to the ANSI/IACET 1-2018 Standard, ready for Coral Med to license worldwide.
A 12-week, domain-by-domain climb to the ACHE Board of Governors Exam, built on the 10 ACHE knowledge areas with mock exams, case studies, and full timed simulations. The instructional sequence is identical to the current course; the IACET layer wraps around it.
The ANSI/IACET Standard governs how a program is built and documented — not what it teaches — so the core is untouched. One IACET CEU equals 10 contact hours of qualified instruction in support of a measurable learning outcome.
CEU figures are the proposed allocation for this demo and are confirmed during accreditation. Official IACET CEUs may be issued only after Coral Med (or its provider entity) holds IACET Accredited Provider status. CEUs are distinct from ACHE Face-to-Face / Qualified Education credit, which is governed separately by ACHE.
Coral Med owns the CE process; The Dutch Mentor authors content. A named CE administrator controls approvals and records.
LMS with proctored/monitored simulations, technical support, accommodations, and documented onboarding.
Qualified instruction by Walter Dusseldorp, FACHE, MBA — Board-Certified Fellow and author of the FACHE Prep series; documented SME review.
Documented rationale: BOG pass-rate gap and the demand for structured, domain-mapped preparation.
Measurable, Bloom's-aligned outcomes mapped to each of the 10 domains (below).
Every week maps to domains, outcomes, and assessments; materials versioned and dated.
Diagnostic pre-assessment + domain quizzes + three full timed simulations; post-assessment ≥80%. Samples below.
Enrollment, participation, quiz/simulation scores, and CEUs awarded — retained a minimum of 7 years.
Participant evaluation + outcome and pass-rate review feed continuous improvement. Sample below.
Upon successful completion of FACHE Prep, the learner will be able to:
| Week | Focus | Contact hrs |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Orientation, diagnostic pre-assessment, study plan | 2.0 |
| 2 | Healthcare Delivery System | 3.5 |
| 3 | Management & Leadership | 3.5 |
| 4 | Laws & Regulations | 3.5 |
| 5 | Quality & Performance Management | 3.5 |
| 6 | Business / Finance | 3.5 |
| 7 | Human Resources | 3.5 |
| 8 | Healthcare Technology & Information Management | 3.5 |
| 9 | Professionalism, Ethics, Governance & Org Structure | 3.5 |
| 10 | Integration + weak-domain focus | 3.0 |
| 11 | Full simulation #1 + analysis | 3.5 |
| 12 | Simulations #2 & #3, taper, post-assessment, evaluation | 3.5 |
| Total · 40.0 ÷ 10 = 4.0 IACET CEUs | 40.0 | |
A diagnostic is given at Week 1 (baseline) and a parallel post-assessment at Week 12 (mastery), alongside three full timed simulations. Passing threshold: 80%.
Full diagnostic + post-assessment banks and three complete timed BOG-style simulations accompany the accredited version. Items above are illustrative.
Collected at completion to measure reaction and perceived learning, and to drive continuous improvement.
