What your learner experiences — Day 1 to Certificate

This is the exact journey a Coral Med client walks through in Pure Leadership Power™: 15 focused minutes a day for 43 days, one short video and one small measurable action at a time. Click through each step below to inspect it end-to-end.

Step 1 · Welcome & Enrollment

Welcome to Pure Leadership Power™

The moment a client completes their purchase through Coral Med, they land here. No binder, no 3-hour webinar to schedule — just a clear promise and a start button.

"You don't need more time. You need 15 honest minutes a day."

Over the next 43 days you'll build real leadership power one small, measurable rep at a time — the same method used by executives who completed this program and stayed in the Circle.

What you get

A daily 15-minute session — one short leadership video + one small action you actually do that day.
A measurable action tracker — every rep is logged, so progress is visible, not vague.
A daily support email — a short, personal nudge every morning with today's video + action. Members tell us this is what makes the habit stick.
Pre & post self-assessment — see how your leadership behavior shifts across 43 days.
An IACET-aligned certificate — 1.5 CEUs on completion, issued and recorded by the provider.

Step 2 · Your Daily Dashboard

The home screen your client sees each morning

One glance tells them where they are, what today's 15 minutes is, and that their streak is alive.

It starts in their inbox — the daily support email

Every morning, before they even open the platform, a short personal email lands with today's 15 minutes teed up. It's the nudge that turns "someday" into a 43-day streak.

Day 12: 15 minutes, one honest rep ⚡

Good morning. Today's video is Motivating with Fierce Resolve (~5 min). Your action: name one conversation you've been delaying and draft its first sentence. That's it — 15 minutes, then close the laptop.

Why it matters: client feedback consistently names the daily email as the most value-adding part — a small, personal prompt every day, not another login to remember. It's woven into the program, not an add-on.
Step 3 · Orientation & Baseline (IACET Cat. 4 & 5)

Before Day 1: a 5-minute baseline

Every client sets a measurable starting point. This baseline self-assessment is scored and stored, then compared against the same items at the end — this is how the program demonstrates a change in leadership behavior, which IACET requires.

Program learning outcomes

On completion, the learner will be able to:

  • Apply the Confident Humility model to a live leadership situation.
  • Take 100/0 responsibility for a specific owned outcome.
  • Structure a difficult conversation using Fierce Resolve.
  • Execute a weekly operating cadence (Rhythmic Operations) for 30+ consecutive days.

Baseline self-assessment (sample)

Rate today: "I take full ownership of outcomes on my team without deflecting to circumstances."

Baseline recorded. We'll re-ask this exact item on Day 43 to measure your shift.
Step 4 · A Day in the Program — the 15-minute loop

Day 1 · Confident Humility

This is the heart of Pure Leadership Power™. Watch → Do → Log. Repeat 43 times. Here is Day 1 exactly as the client sees it.

1 · Watch (~5 min)

Pure Leadership Power™ · Video 1 of 106▶ Watch

Every one of the 106 program videos is a short, focused Loom clip — never a slide deck. This is the actual video a client watches on Day 1.

2 · Do — today's small measurable action (~10 min)

Measurable Action · Day 1

Plot yourself on the confidence × humility grid, and name one situation this week where ego cost you.

Strong, credible, open-minded — void of egotistical pride. Be honest about where you actually sit.

✓ Rep logged. Streak: 1 day. Come back tomorrow for Day 2 — Responsibility 100/0.
Why this counts toward CEUs: IACET requires structured, measurable learner engagement. Each day pairs instruction (video) with an assessed, logged application (the action). 43 logged reps — video plus the applied action work each day — build the 15.0 contact hours.

Pillars unlocked as you progress

Each pillar repeats several times across the 43 days — deliberate spaced repetition, so a behavior is practiced, not just watched once.
Step 6 · Post-Assessment (IACET Cat. 7)

Day 43: prove the shift

To earn the certificate, the learner completes the whole program and passes a post-assessment. It re-asks the baseline items and adds applied-knowledge checks. A sample question:

A team misses a deadline you were accountable for. The 100/0 Responsibility mindset means you first:

Re-rating the baseline item: "I take full ownership of outcomes without deflecting."

Post score captured and compared to your Day-0 baseline — the delta is stored in your learner record.
Passing threshold and full item bank live in the provider's assessment system. A learner who does not complete all 43 sessions and pass does not receive CEUs.
Step 7 · Course Evaluation (IACET Cat. 8 & 9)

The learner rates the program

Required for continuous improvement. Results are aggregated and retained by the provider.
