Pure Leadership Power™

A behavior-based leadership operating system — repackaged as a continuing-education program designed to conform to the ANSI/IACET 1-2018 Standard, ready for Coral Med to license worldwide.

Designed to award 1.5 IACET CEUs 15 contact hours 15 minutes a day · 43 days Core content unchanged
The core program

Pure Leadership Power™ — unchanged Core · verbatim

The leadership operating system professionals were never taught — delivered the way it actually works: 15 focused minutes a day for 43 days. Each day pairs one short leadership video with one small, measurable action the learner does that day and logs. It's spaced repetition across eight leadership pillars — the same program Yelena, Michelle, and Karen are completing today. Nothing in the core is altered; the IACET layer wraps around it.

🪞 Confident Humility

Strong, credible, open-minded — void of egotistical pride. The cornerstone of leadership power.

🎯 Responsibility 100/0

100% responsibility, zero excuses. Own outcomes; lead by buy-in, not control.

⚡ Fierce Resolve

As soft as possible, as firm as required. Pursue the mission relentlessly while respecting people.

🤝 Genuine Partnership

Show up real. Trust built over time — stop performing, start partnering.

🌱 Selfcare

Manage energy, sleep, focus and health to lead well. Recovery on the calendar.

🧠 Mindful Growth

Pick ONE leadership skill and grind on it deliberately — reps, feedback, iteration.

🧩 Adaptive Problem Solving

Define → Diagnose → Decide → Do. Don't skip from problem to solution.

⏱ Rhythmic Operations

Cadence beats willpower. Monday prep, Friday close, weekly 1:1s — your cadence is your system.

Delivery structure (unchanged): Orientation & baseline → 43 daily 15-minute sessions (short video + one measurable action, logged) cycling the eight pillars with spaced repetition → post-assessment & integration. All 106 program videos are short, focused Loom clips — never slide decks — accessible on the learner's platform.
What we added for IACET

IACET conformance at a glance

The ANSI/IACET Standard governs how a program is built and documented — not what it teaches — so the core is untouched. One IACET CEU equals 10 contact hours of qualified instruction in support of a measurable learning outcome.

IACET CEUs (proposed)

CEU figures are the proposed allocation for this demo and are confirmed during accreditation. Official IACET CEUs may be issued only after Coral Med (or its provider entity) holds IACET Accredited Provider status.

The standard

How the program meets the nine IACET categories

1

Responsibility & control

Coral Med owns the CE process; The Dutch Mentor is the content author. A named CE administrator controls approvals and records.

2

Learning environment & support

LMS + live cohort or self-paced; technical support, accommodations policy, and learner onboarding documented.

3

Planning & instructional personnel

Qualified instruction by Walter Dusseldorp, FACHE, MBA; certified PLP master coaches; documented SME review.

4

Needs analysis

Documented rationale: the leadership behavior gap and its measurable performance/retention cost — the program's founding evidence.

5

Learning outcomes

Measurable, Bloom's-aligned outcomes per unit (below), each tied to assessment.

6

Content & instructional requirements

Instructional design maps every daily video and action to an outcome; 106 Loom videos versioned and dated.

7

Assessment of learning

Baseline + post-assessment (mastery, ≥80%) + 43 logged daily measurable actions. Samples below.

8

Learner records

Secure records of enrollment, participation, assessment, and CEUs awarded — retained a minimum of 7 years.

9

Evaluation of learning

Participant evaluation (reaction + perceived learning) and outcome-level review feed continuous improvement. Sample below.

Category 5

Measurable learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of Pure Leadership Power™, the learner will be able to:

Total  ·  15.0 ÷ 10 = 1.5 IACET CEUs15.0

Hours reflect the real program: 15 minutes a day across 43 days (video plus applied action), framed with orientation and a closing assessment. The daily action work is counted because learners complete and log a measurable leadership rep each day.

Category 7 · assessment

Pre- and post-assessment (samples)

The identical instrument is given before (baseline) and after (mastery) the program so learning gain is measurable. Passing threshold: 80%, plus completion and logging of the daily measurable actions.

Pre-assessment · sample items

1. A senior colleague states a plan you believe is flawed, in front of the team. The Pure Leadership Power move is to:
A. Stay quiet to protect the relationship and raise it privately later
B. Publicly defer — seniority decides
C. Ask the clarifying question that surfaces the flaw without attacking the person
D. Win the argument decisively so the team sees strength
Key: C — Confident Humility: raise the standard, respect the person.
2. "Trust as a result, not a vibe" means trust is built primarily by:
A. Being likeable and available
B. Consistently doing what you said you would, and repairing quickly when you don't
C. Avoiding conflict
D. Sharing personal information to seem authentic
Key: B — Genuine Partnership: reliability + repair.

Post-assessment · additional applied item

3. A team misses a deadline you were accountable for. Applying "Responsibility 100/0," your first action is to:
A. Identify which team member caused the slip
B. Own the outcome 100% and find what you could have controlled, then act
C. Escalate to your manager to reset expectations
D. Explain the circumstances that caused the delay
Key: B — Responsibility 100/0: own it fully, then look for what was in your control.

Full banks (20+ scored items per administration) plus the daily-action logging rubric accompany the accredited version. Items above are illustrative.

Category 9 · evaluation

Participant evaluation (sample)

Collected at completion to measure reaction and perceived learning, and to drive continuous improvement.
